Preface

Suddenly or maybe sooner than I had expected I found myself retired after more than 35 years of nursing. I truly loved every moment of caring for others but caring for myself was an entirely different struggle. In so doing I began slowly to pursue the things that perked my interest and I discovered a true love for all things Vintage. I have hunted for treasures off and on over the years but now I have time on my side and have only just begun to treasure hunt in earnest. Along with the hunt I find great pleasure in researching my finds. The education continues and my affair with the past is in full swing!
